Firstly we meet our Blue Badge Guide for a Royal London Tour looking at the birthplaces, the scandals and the successes tracing the story of where the Royals have lived over the past twelve hundred years! In the afternoon we visit Buckingham Palace where you will see the magnificent outfits worn by King Charles III & Queen Camilla during their historic Coronation. Your day includes a Blue Badge Guide, a tour of Royal London and entrance to Buckingham Palace State Apartments. This will be your last chance for some years to see all 19 State Apartments before many of them close as part of a ten year refurbishment project. The State Rooms are lavishly furnished with some of the greatest treasures from the Royal Collection – paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens and Canaletto, exquisite Sèvres porcelain, and fine English and French furniture. An optional audio guide is included in the ticket price and our guide will be on hand to answer your questions.
