Our first stop will be in the beautiful town of Sandwich. Sandwich was one of the cinque ports and still has many original medieval buildings, including several listed public houses and gates in the old town walls, churches, almshouses and the white mill. After time here we will then make our way to the quaint, quirky and one of the most charming coastal towns in Kent, Deal. Take a leisurely stroll along the pier and look back at a view that has hardly changed in a century. Discover Deal’s history and explore the maze of narrow streets and alleyways, renowned for smuggling during the 18th century.
