IRELAND’S WEST + THE ARRAN ISLES
Based in a lovely hotel overlooking the mighty River Shannon, it is so easy to explore the stunning scenery and all the great things to do in the west of Ireland. From the sheer drop of the Cliffs of Moher into the mighty Atlantic Ocean to the stark moonscapes of the Burren in Co. Clare, this holiday encompasses it all.
PEAK DISTRICT, DERBYSHIRE
The magnificent scenery of the Peak District led this to be the first designated National Park in England. Covering 555 square miles in the heart of England the Peak District reaches into five counties. Over a third of the area is protected for nature conservation and the mosaic of landscapes support an abundance of plants and animals.
TORQUAY, DEVON
We’ve long known that Torquay is a fantastic choice for a UK holiday at any time of the year, being the main resort of the beautiful English Riviera. Torquay is distinctly Mediterranean in ambience and is a firm favourite of Jay & Kay customers, with plenty of attractions and many things to see and do.
ISLE OF MAN
The Isle of Man is shrouded in mystery, a sea bound kingdom with its own captivating story to tell, with a rich history, that echoes through the ages. A melting pot of character and taste, where true heroes exist and sea monsters bask in the shallows. Landscapes carved from pure imagination and magical vistas of the Seven Kingdoms.
KYNREN – THE EPIC TALE, COUNTY DURHAM
This show is immense, in a way similar to the Thursford Spectacular, where if people ask “what is it like,” there is no answer, because both are like nothing else, they are unique! Kynren, “an epic tale of England” is a live outdoor show, which takes place in Bishop Auckland. The 90 minute performance depicts vital moments in British history and myth spanning 2000 years.
