Austria – St Georgen im Attergau
A stunningly scenic holiday beckons as our base for this holiday is on the outskirts of St Georgen im Attergau, located in the Salzkammergut region, or, quite simply, the Austrian Lake District. This beautiful region has more than 30 lakes, forest clad Alpine mountains rising 6500 feet into the sky, picturesque lakeside towns and villages and historical cities. If you have seen “The Sound of Music” then you have glimpsed some of this area already, but seeing it in its full Alpine glory, is a sight to behold. If its breathtaking scenery you want, then come with us to Austria.
