Centuries of nautical heritage can be discovered along the coast of the Solent, Portsmouth is home to the country’s oldest dry dock, which houses the iconic HMS Victory. Maybe we may get a glimpse of some of the iconic cruise ships docked at Southampton. Couple this with stunning beaches, quaint seaside towns and green countryside, the Solent is a lovely area to visit.

The Solent Hotel & Spa is a top quality hotel located midway between Portsmouth & Southampton, ideal for exploring this rich in nautical heritage area. The hotel boasts charming hospitality, an absolutely superb pool, salt sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and storm shower which form the amazing Spa. The mouthwatering cuisine at the hotel is all cooked and prepared to Rossette standard. All 117 delightful hotel bedrooms have all the facilities you would expect of a high quality hotel such as toiletries, Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, Ironing facilities, complimentary tea/coffee and more. All rooms are en-suite with a shower over bath. Walk in showers are available in the Lodge, but due to the quality of the suites, incur a very hefty supplement.

Holiday Itinerary
| Day 1 | On our way to the hotel we will visit the Cathedral City of Winchester. |
| Day 2 | A visit to the impressive Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, which includes the 3 attractions ticket, you choose which attractions you want to visit on the day. Perhaps after time here you pop around the corner to Gunwharf Quays for a bit of shopping or a harbourside drink. |
| Day 3 | A lovely day today visiting some of the quaint towns and villages of the beautiful New Forest. |
| Day 4 | After breakfast, we make our way home, visiting another interesting Cathedral City, Chichester, arriving home late afternoon. |
Price is per person on half board basis unless stated. Weekend breaks include Sunday lunch.
