Babbacombe lies just a mile from Torquay yet is light years away in character as Babbacombe is a very laid back, old world resort with breathtaking views from its cliff top position 240ft above Oddicombe beach, which can be reached via the famous Babbacombe Cliff Railway. The beautiful Babbacombe Downs has the highest promenade in the country and boasts attractive gardens and a theatre with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and cafés.

Steeped in Victorian history, Weston-super-Mare is located at the gateway to the South West of England. The wide sweep of Weston Bay has miles of clean sandy beach, and a level promenade boasting great views over the Bristol Channel.
