A visit to the spectacular Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens, near Horsham in Sussex. In 2019, Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens opened its doors after a closure of 10 years, this magnificent Grade I listed garden was nearly lost forever and has been the subject of the largest garden restoration in England and possibly Europe. Enjoy a peaceful walk through the ‘Finest Woodland Gardens in England’.

This beautiful cruise will take you out into the Solent and along the shoreline before heading up to the Beaulieu River, birthplace of Lord Nelson’s Navy. We also sail along the rivers Itchen, Test & Hamble giving you great views of 4 local rivers and the busy port of Southampton. As part of the cruise you will be offered commentary on the history of this lovely river by the captain along with the surrounding waters. Your day also includes a Ploughman’s lunch and afternoon coffee with cake.

Cromer is a traditional seaside resort, famous for its exquisite crab, lifeboat station and Pavilion Theatre. Its famous pier is an enduring example of Victorian architecture, having withstood many storms, tidal surges and even an attempt to blow it up by the government in WW2 to prevent it being used as a landing strip for enemy invaders!

The Eastbourne International Airshow, also called ‘Airbourne’, is now one of the the world’s biggest free seafront airshows which attracts nearly a million people over the weekend. The air display features military fast jets, helicopters, parachutists and incredible displays from aerobatics teams, and usually includes the Red Arrows.
